i-Asrama provides two services for employers, contractors, and manpower agencies that need certified, professionally managed worker accommodation in Melaka. Workers & Hostel Management provides tenants with complete on-site management, reducing the need for internal administration. Hostel Rental offers furnished, move-in-ready units with shared facilities and optional managed services. Both services operate from purpose-built CLQ facilities at Ayer Keroh Eco Park. Every unit meets ACT 446 and JTK standards. The facility carries RBA certification and GreenRE Gold accreditation. You get documented, audit-ready accommodation with an experienced on-site team running operations every single day.

Each i-Asrama unit spans a total area of 8,230mm x 11,887mm and includes two side-by-side bedrooms at the front, a third bedroom adjacent to the living area, three separate bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining space. The layout gives workers private sleeping space while sharing common areas within the unit. This design supports pandemic control, reduces shared surface contact points, and meets ACT 446 minimum space standards.

How do I request a booking or quotation?

The hostel is gated and guarded with CCTV, regular patrols, wardens, and controlled access systems.

Safety features include BOMBA-compliant systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, hose reels, smoke detectors, emergency lights, first aid kits, AEDs, and trained staff.

Our hostels use an apartment-style design with shared kitchen, dining, living, bedroom, and bathroom spaces. This gives workers better comfort and privacy.

The operating CLQ hostel is at Eco Park Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Jasin and Alor Gajah locations are under construction.
