How do I book rooms for a group?

What are your rental packages and minimum stay?
We offer Basic, Half Suite, and Full Suite packages to suit different operational needs. Our minimum contract period is one year, and custom quotes are available to help match the best accommodation solution for your requirements.
How do I pay and what payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and corporate invoicing. For smaller bookings, we can accept payment via online banking or other mutually agreed methods. Invoices and payment instructions are provided after booking confirmation.

What types of rooms are available and how many beds per room?
Our apartment-style units feature 3 bedrooms, with each room accommodating up to 4 tenants. Male and female tenants are housed on separate floors for comfort and privacy. Contact us with your group size, and we’ll recommend the most suitable unit or floor arrangement for your needs.
Are meals provided?
Basic meal plans can be arranged on request (catering partners). Alternatively, tenants may use communal cooking/dining areas where provided. Tell us your preference when enquiring.
What facilities are available on-site?
Typical facilities include a canteen, a laundry, a clinic, a mini market, a salon, money remittance services, water dispensers, prayer rooms and recycle bins.
Safety, Compliance & Welfare FAQs
Is i-Asrama RBA-compliant and certified?
i-Asrama operates under RBA-aligned standards and the Ayer Keroh i-Asrama buildings hold GreenRE Gold certification. We prioritise tenant welfare, safety and compliance.
What security measures are in place?
We provide controlled access to the premises, on-site security personnel, regular patrols and a dedicated management team to respond to incidents. Emergency procedures and contacts are provided to all tenants.
Do you provide medical or emergency assistance?
Basic first-aid kit and equipment are available on-site and we maintain a list of local medical clinics and ambulance contacts. For serious emergencies, we provide rapid transport to nearest hospitals

What does “hostel management” include?
Our management services include room allocation, housekeeping scheduling, routine maintenance, tenant onboarding, welfare coordination and reporting to employers/agents as required.
Can you handle long-term contracts for employers/manpower agencies?
Yes, we provide corporate contracts, invoicing and customised service-level arrangements for long-term or large-scale employer requirements.
How do I report maintenance issues or complaints?
Report issues via WhatsApp ( +60 18-234 1919 ) or email ( iasramamanagement@gmail.com ). For urgent maintenance, call the same number for immediate assistance.

Can visitors or family members visit tenants?
Visitor policies vary by block and current health & safety guidelines. Visits may require prior approval from management; please contact us to arrange visitor access.
Do you offer move-in / move-out cleaning or inspection services?
Yes, move-in and move-out cleaning packages and inspection reports can be arranged. Include this request when you book so we can include costs in your quote.
